Join us for an evening of meditation and finding greater inner stillness. This workshop, led by Mimi Kuo-Deemer, will explore the theory, practice and experience of yogic meditation. A short talk will be followed by a guided, seated meditation focusing on body awareness, breath and concentration. A practice of Yoga Nidra, or Yogic sleep, will follow.
This workshop
is open to all students and levels, and is aimed at creating a space and
community to support the learning and practice of meditation.
Price: 100 RMB
