Li Yutong: Li Yutong is a national-level fitness coach, with 9 years of experience in aerobics and shaping. During the past 5 years, attracted by the lure of yoga’s unique inherent/intrinsic culture, she has gradually turned towards the study of yoga. In 2005, Li Yutong completed Yoga Yard’s Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training Program. She has studied with: Yogi Mohan, Matthew Cohen, Jillian Harris and Cameron Tukapua.

Li Yutong has independently studied sports trauma studies, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the application of human anatomy in yoga. From these sciences, she strives to gain a thorough understanding of the links between the external and the inner spirit.

Li Yutong stresses the perfect integration of awareness, breath and movements within the practice of yoga. When we unite our movements and intention, we can tap our own potential, and deepen our understanding of mobilizing and controlling our internal energy.
