The fast pace of modern urban life can be tense, which leads to not only great pressure in our daily lives, but also to physical and mental fatigue, low energy and health problems.
In her teaching, Snow has encountered a number of students who suffer from insomnia, shoulder and neck pain, hypertension, diabetes and other physical ailments. What can yoga do to help us when we have these problems? How can we use Ayurveda, yoga asanas, breathing, chanting and meditation to balance our body and mind?
In this workshop, Snow will explore the use of Ayurvedic principles and yoga asanas to lead you towards greater physical and mental health, how to integrate Ayurvedic oil and diets in our daily life. The ingredients of traditional Ayurvedic therapy are available in our kitchens, they are safe and effective.
This workshop is suitable for all practitioners and welcomes those who struggle with stress, insomnia, migraine, shoulder and neck pain, as well as other physical ailments. You will learn how to create an everyday exercise scheme in a simple and effective method, and to release tension and stress. Each student in the workshop will get a small bottle of ghee from Snow.
