A good practice should well suit you. Human bodies are unique in genetic makeup, history and response to pressure. Creating a smart and efficient practice based on our own body is more fun and efficient than a one-size-fits-all approach.
In this three-hour workshop, William will help you assess and identify the areas of your body needing the most improvement, and make targeted approaches using yoga poses, movement, and simple tools such as a stretch band and pullup rings.
Key skills learned:
- Various squatting techniques to have a stronger and more mobile lower body;
- Applying push-ups and pull-ups to strengthen the shoulders and scapula region;
- Animal flow patterns to develop wrist and shoulder capacity for the handstand.
